Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are completely satisfied and love your purchase. If you're not and want to exchange it, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a replacement or store credit.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the item.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Item(s) MUST be in perfect, original condition, unworn and unwashed, unsoiled and in original packaging
  • No items with make-up or deodorant marks or scent will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)
  • We only process exchange/return on items bought from our online stores

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking method or purchasing shipping insurance for safe delivery. Trampoline Activewear is not responsible items lost in transit

PLEASE NOTE:

  • we don't offer exchange on SALE or PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. This applies to both Australian and International orders. 
  • Exchanges are offered on full price items only.
  • We don't offer refunds unless garment is faulty. 
  • purchases made using discount code/voucher cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

In order to exchange or refund an item, please contact us at: info@trampolineactivewear.com.au explaining the reason to exchange/refund and order number.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before we send them to you. If you received and item that is not in perfect condition, please let us know immediately and provide as much information as possible.

We won't accept a refund for garments that have not been cared for correctly

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
